1. Interaction with Others

We treat all participants with respect and appreciation and contribute to creating and maintaining an open and relaxed atmosphere, especially in our shared musical experience. Disparaging remarks or actions towards others’ music-making are explicitly unwelcome. Any form of discrimination is not tolerated and may result in immediate exclusion from the Playground Jazz Camp.

2. Registration

Registration is only possible via the registration form on our website. Please fill out all required information and make sure to submit the form correctly. Your registration is binding once you submit the online form. You will receive a confirmation email with further information afterward.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If you cancel later than 8 weeks before the course begins, 50% of the total cost (course fee and accommodation/meals) will be charged.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before the course starts, 75% of the total cost will be charged.
  • If you do not attend the course without prior cancellation or if you leave early, the full course fee must be paid.

The cancellation fee applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal. However, it does not apply if you provide a replacement participant who fully takes over your booking (course spot and accommodation) and actually attends the course.

4. Cancellation of the Playground Jazz Camp

If the minimum number of participants for the jazz camp is not reached, the workshop organizers reserve the right to cancel the camp. The same applies if the camp cannot take place due to reasons beyond the organizers’ control (e.g., cancellation of instructors). In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

5. Insurance

Please note that participants are not additionally insured during the course. To be covered in case of withdrawal, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation and trip interruption insurance.

6. Liability

Participants are responsible for any material or personal damages incurred during the jazz camp. For participants under the age of 18, legal guardians are liable. Workshop leaders are not responsible for supervision.

7. House Rules

We adhere to the rules and regulations of the “Alte Lübber Volksschule.”
